Staff was very polite and the food was awesomely fresh. Clean establishment and atmosphere. Great job everyone, the management should be proud of the staff today at lunch.

Good fast food option for fishes and shrimps. Most dishes are fried, but even so are better then hamburgers, and equally tasting good.

Very kind and professional staff. My only complaint is I specifically ordered a 2 piece fish and shrimp dinner and once home I realized I was given 3 pieces of fish and no shrimp. This was extremely disappointing. I will just have to check my order before leaving next time.

Food was cold. Butter would melt in my baked potato.

Pure Sh&-+thole! NASTY DIRTY GREASY FLOORS AND TABLES! FLIES! EXTREMELY SMALL PORTIONS FOR OUTRAGEOUS PRICES! RAW, SPOILED CATFISH PLATE! DON'T STOP HERE! Stopped here for lunch. $19 for 2 PC catfish plate and 4 PC chicken finger plate.

I ordered the Seafood Family Meal which includes 12 fish, 12 shrimp and 2 sides. It is a great price at 27.99. I wasn't sure how big the sides were so I ordered an additional family side. What I didn't know is that they charge $6 for one side and because fried okra and mac n cheese are considered an "upgrade" they were almost 2 additional dollars per side. Along with the 4 medium drinks I ordered the total came to $49 and change. I could have treated my family to a real restaurant for that price. And, they gave us our food WITHOUT the Shrimp!!! What a nightmare! I do NOT recommend this place! Sneaky on prices and dont offer you your complete order. Big headache!!!

Will not return. First they got my order wrong. Then they over charged me then when I got home and started eating the food I found a long hair in my food. Horrible!

Stop by on my way to Orlando Fl for my delivery 🚚. I usually get the grill fish and shrimp with rice when I dine at Captain D’s but it this visit the food was horrible. I waited about 20 min for my order and after waiting that long I figured my food would be fresh. Well I was wrong and I got sick 😷. The rice was hard, fish didn’t taste the same as usual, and my bread was soggy smh I don’t know if I will be able to eat captain d’s again!

Employees were completely unprofessional, they were talking about doing drugs after work and even had their kids running around the store while they were working. Worst employees in history.

Worst experience ever!!! 35 mins in the drive thru today and the food quality was not good. Will never come to this location again! Just keep on driving. Don’t recommend it!!

My order was incorrect and I called back to inform them because I had made it home and didn’t want to drive back. Kewaun Jones provided me with exceptional customer service and offered a free meal for the mistake. I recommend this restaurant to all family and friends due to his service!

Tina and all the other employees doing a great job. Tina got my order Right the 1st time. Extra condiments and all. Everyone very polite and friendly. Truck driver parking. Walk-ins welcome.

The Captain's staff was wonderful. The food was great.

Fish was hot & fresh. They were kind of busy but it took 25 - 30 min to get our food. The girl in charge seemed overwhelmed & it showed. No forks had to eat with a spoon.

The employees here are friendly and courteous. The service is efficient and timely. Also the food is great.

I ordered whitefish, shrimp and crab cakes. There were no shrimp or crab cakes but they corrected my order quickly

40 mins sitting in a drive thru. After 20 mins I felt committed to stay as I had already wasted so much time. Unbelievable. Not worth it. Keep driving!!!

Don't eat here. One of the ladies working here is sick. They didn't get my order right, missing the side order, I didn't correct them. Other people came back in from drive through with the wrong order. I wish we hadn't gone in.

First time ever visit to Capt D's. It's a great seafood deal for less than $10. Just focus on the healthy options when ordering. My visit was in South GA off of 75, north of Valdosta. The staff was having fun while working...refreshing!!

The food was delicious! It was cooked hot and fresh. We will be back.

Over cooked broccoli. Undercooked fries. Shrimp stuck together and not cooked all the way. All this and attitude to go with it! This is usually a good stop but not today! The fish was good and the tea was good. The manager was as limp as the broccoli.too bad the owner cant respond to anything but positive responses.

I didn’t even want to give it a star, was the only way I could give review. I was just at a Captain D’s in Adel Georgia. One cashier asked another to take my order while he helped another customer, she looked at me from head to feet and continued to do what she was previously doing. The other cashier was still serving other customer and asked her again to take my order, to which she promptly replied “She can wait”, mind you I had already been waiting 15min. As far as customer service I give it a big fat zero!

the portion size of the fish had to have been the fillet of minnow size and it took so long to get the order... I thought they were having a hard time catching the minnows in the pond out back... but the new decor was very nice... that's why I gave them the 2 star rating!

The restaurant was dirty. The cashier was rude and not interested in doing her job. They all acted like they didn't want to be there. They had masks on but under their chin. The manager was there but did nothing . She was leaving. Bathrooms were horrible. They dont even deserve a job.i would fire them all. We were there this past Friday around 2:30. Do not recommended this restaurant to anyone. Needs to be closed or completely rehire everyone

Very good food and friendly staff

Friendly front counter, but food was not fresh. Worst lobster roll I have had. Bread was crunchy. Not soft like it should have been. Should have taken it back in. Tea had a soapy taste.

The seafood is pretty good. The fish and shrimps were hot and full of flavor. Clams had sand in them but I understand that sometimes happens. Employees were bickering and yelling at each other behind the counter and ignored me just to bicker with one another.Theres plenty of room for Semi's to park near by so it's a good place to grab a bite on a 30.

Our meals were good. But disappointed that I only got 1 hushpuppy. Husband's dinner got none. Dinners are pictured on the menu with 2 on each plate. Two dinners but only got 1 hushpuppy.

The person taking our order made me feel like I was bothering her. She was rude and even decided to stop from taking our order to have a conversation with her coworkers. Btw our food was partially cold and wrong. The broccoli was mushy too.

The food was ok. I am from Indiana and I'm the gm of a small burger joint there . We have really strict rules. None of the employees had masks on, tables were dirty. I really didnt see anything happening to keep this virus from spreading. No masks, gloves, still using dishes and letting us get our own drinks
